For 20 years Disana has been making products according to strict, environmentally friendly and healthy standards. All buttons and sewing thread are made from naturally renewable raw materials. Disana knows all their suppliers and partners in the textile 'chain' - many of them for years. From the cultivation of the raw materials to the final products every step is highly monitored and complies with the set environmental requirements. This is controlled by independent bodies and confirmed by regular chemical analysis of the products. All products are manufactured exclusively in the Disana factory in Germany and can therefore guarantee the handmade quality of the garments.
Sizes (weight sizing is approximate):
- extra small - 0-3 months (6-13 lbs)
- small - 4-9 months (11-18 lbs)
- medium - 10-18 months (17-26 lbs)
- large - 19-24 months (21-35 lbs)
- extra large 2-3 years (30-40 lbs)

(FP) These are thick covers and will be bulky under clothes. These are great night-time covers as well. The cuffs of these diapers may be too small for babies with extremely chubby legs. These covers are similar to Aristocrat covers except the Disana leg cuffs are longer and the waist comes up higher. In their original state, Disana covers are not as thick as Aristocrat covers. However, if the covers are felted slightly they are much closer to that of the Aristocrats. As will all other wool covers, these covers will have to be lanolized occasionally to maintain their waterproof qualities. If you choose to felt your cover, you should purchase the next size up and have at least 1 inch extra in the rise. To felt the covers, hand wash in a sink with a wool wash. Place on a dry towel and roll the cover up in the towel and squeeze the excess water out of the cover. Place the cover in the drier. Check the cover every couple of minutes until it is the desired size. If the cover is not dry when it reaches the correct size, then lay out to dry the rest of the way.
