Made in the USA
Camden Rose is a collective voice of designers artists, teachers, musicians, craftspeople, and parents, who choose to bring-about a better future for our children. They design and manufacture simple, elegant and unique wooden and textile toys. Green natural materials and USA and Fair Trade manufacturing highlight their ‘leave no footprint’ philosophy.
All of the toys from Camden Rose are meticulously constructed by craftspeople that specialize in their art. These items are not mass-produced, rather they are created one-by-one, the old-fashioned way. All of their products have been child tested and approved for safety, functionality and form. These toys are constructed to last through multiple generations and the materials that make up the toys are gathered through organized sustainability programs. They use the highest quality materials, all certified non-toxic. Toys made from natural materials such as wood, silk, wool or beeswax have a warm and honest quality that does not give a false impression of weight, mass or touch.
(FP) It is very important to Camden Rose to not just have their products made in the USA but to also use USA materials whenever possible. Most of the wood used in their products is sustainably harvested in Michigan. One of the major mills where their wood comes from is even powered by their scrap wood and extra power is used in the town.
