This two part system goes back to the trays of 1950's - only better because they are made from 18/8 stainless steel instead of aluminum.

*For best results, do not fill water all the way to the top (it gets in the way of the lever). When frozen, remove from freezer and let sit for a few minutes, then use lever to separate ice cubes.
