The little person is removable but is a relatively tight fit so it stays put on rough bath seas. The mast/sail can be laid flat for storage.

Age Recommendations: Due to small parts that could pose a choking hazard, it is NOT recommended for children under the age of 3 or older children that still put toys in their mouths. For 3 year olds, the rubber band should be wrapped one time; for old kids wrap the rubber band 2 times.
